Shipping Policy India:


Time
Shipping to metro cities in India takes between 3 to 5 working days, and up to 7 working days for other locations across the country.

Shipping Time is calculated in Business Days, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays or FedEx/Pafex (FedEx India) shipping holidays. Please Note that Total Delivery Time is = Payment Processing Time (24 hours) + Shipping Time. “Payment Processing Time” is the time taken by the CC Avenues legal team to verify each credit card transaction. This is usually 24 hours.  

Once an order and its payment are fully received, we pack items for shipping. You are requested to fill your shipping address correctly while placing your orders and it is always advisable to provide a valid telephone number. It will help us to reach you in case of bad Address problem or any other delivery related problems.

The Shipping Address is where a customer wishes to receive their order. It could be their home, office or any valid address.

Discrete Packaging and Billing
Azaad Bazaar ships using discrete packaging. This means that there are no rainbows or flamboyant frills on the outside of the package. Your package will look like any other package, usually covered in a nondescript recycled yellow plastic bag. Azaad Bazaar takes great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival. All plush items are packed in plastic bags and fragile items are suitably cushioned. We use recycled materials for packaging, and encourage customers to reuse packaging materials wherever possible. Please note that your credit card statement will show a debit to “CC Avenues”. (The name Azaad Bazaar will Not appear on your credit card statement).

Courier Company
All orders are shipped by Pafex (FedEx India) courier Service within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed order with payment. When the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service are sent to you via email.

Returns
We will accept returns for refund if notified within 24 hours of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to the product. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping.

Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with Pafex. You may have to allow a Pafex representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the product at the carrier's expense.

Cancelling Orders
We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped the morning following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you email us immediately at mail@azaadbazaar.com. Once we ship the item you will be charged for it, and we will be unable to refund you payment.

Non-Delivery of Package (India Only)
Here are some reasons why your package may be determined “undeliverable” by the courier

Incorrect Address
Azaad Bazaar does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check to make sure that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Pafex (FedEx India) will make 1 delivery attempt at the delivery address specified by you in the order. If there is no one at home, they will leave a note with the local Pafex Telephone Number. You are requested to contact the Local Pafex office and arrange for delivery at a time convenient to you. If they do not hear from you, your package will be deemed as “undeliverable” and will be sent back to us. If you have not received the package within 10 days after receiving email intimation of dispatch from us, do email us to let us know and we will help you to locate the parcel.

Refused by Recipient
If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.


Refunds - India Only
All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit card used for making the original purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your credit and send you an email confirmation. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit/debit card statement.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not process international shipments automatically. If you would like an order to be delivered to a country outside India, then please email us with the details of your order. Please allow time for us to pack and weigh your order and estimate the postage & handling cost to your region. We use Fed Ex International to deliver orders world wide.  

E-Bill:
Once we’ve got a shipping estimate, you will receive an E-Bill. This is an email that is generated by our secure payment gateway and will contain your shipping and order details. The E-Bill email will contain a link to our secure payment gateway at CC Avenues, where you will be able to pay using your credit card.

Time:
Delivery for most shipments is estimated by Fed Ex International at 7-10 working days. Although most parcels arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs. There have been instances of parcels taking 3-4 weeks to arrive. Azaad Bazaar has no control over the postal services and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an online Tracking number. You can use this to track your package online at the Fed Ex homepage.

Customs, Duty Tax and VAT:
Your parcel may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax. The regulations concerning whether or not your order will apply vary by country and it is the obligation of the consumer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office. Azaad Bazaar will not falsify any information on the customs forms.

Refunds or Returns
The Indian government does not allow any returns on goods sent out of the country, by law we are unable to provide this service.
