How To Shop Online At Azaad Bazaar:
Step 1: Create an Account
Click on "Log In" at the top of the screen.
Click "Sign Up" and create an account.
Step 2: Shopping
Now you can select products online, and they will automatically show in your "Shopping Cart" on the right side of the screen.
To select a product, first click on the product. Then click on the "Add to Cart" button. Each item you add to cart will show automatically in the "Shopping Cart" on the right of the screen.
What is a Shopping Cart?
Imagine that you're walking through a shop and you've got a shopping cart or basked that you're filling with goods. You can take out items from your cart, change quantities, and generally change your mind as many times as you'd like. Our online Shopping Cart works in a similar manner.
Click "Shopping Cart" on the right of the screen. Here you will see all the items that you are ordering. You can remove items from the cart, change quantities and check how much shipping costs are going to be by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping" button.
If you can't see the Shopping Cart, it means that you are not Logged In (see Step 1).
Step 3: Ready To Pay? Click "Check Out"
Click "Check Out" at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. You will be asked to verify your shipping and billing address details. Please make sure that you enter the details correctly, and include any landmarks so that the courier guy can find your address easily.
After that you will be asked to select a Payment Method. You can select to "Pay using Credit Card& Net banking - CC Avenues Payment Gateway" OR "Pay by Cheque"
Step 4 - Payment
If you select to "Pay using Credit Cart & Net Banking", you will be taken to our secure payment gateway. There you will need to enter your payment details. Please note that Azaad Bazaar does NOT store any of your payment data. After you have finished the transaction, you will be taken back to an Azaad Bazaar Success page. This can take several seconds, so please be patient. You payment will clear in 24hours, and your order will ship the next day. (If you order on the weekend, please note that your order will ship on Monday).
If you select "Pay by Cheque", you will recieve an email with the Cheque payment details. You will need to deposit a cheque in the nearest Axis bank branch. After you deposit the cheque, please send us an email with the cheque details. Your order will ship after the cheque clears.
Step 5 - Receive your Parcel!
After we receive confirmation, we will ship your parcel. Please make sure that there is someone at the shipping address to receive your parcel. It will be sent during working hours. We will send you an email with the shipping details and you will be able to track your order online at the Pafex (FedEx India) website.
Orders to Metros usually take 2-3 working days to reach, and orders to other cities can take up to 7 days to arrive.
